Originally from Puerto Rico and raised in Connecticut, Cristal is a bilingual Assistant Manager at Pet Paradise Wilmington. With two rescue dogs, Hades and Cerberus, Cristal’s passion for animal care drives her commitment to providing the best for all pets. She is dedicated to ensuring every animal’s stay is enjoyable and fulfilling.

Kayla is 29 years old and has a 6-year-old daughter, Lily, a 10-year-old black lab named Maya, and an 8-month-old cat named Rocky. She has been with Pet Paradise since July 2022 and has enjoyed every moment of it. With over 10 years of experience working with dogs, Kayla has always had a passion for learning more about their behavior. Becoming a trainer has been a dream come true for her. She finds it incredibly rewarding to witness the bond between a dog and its owner, and she takes pride in helping to strengthen that connection.

Chandre has been a groomer for Pet Paradise since November of 2018. She has been actively grooming for about 10 years in and around the Wilmington area. For five years, Chandre has been training through and for the Animal Behavior College, helping aspiring groomers achieve their certifications. While Chandre has experience in grooming all dog breeds, she has a special love for grooming schnauzers. Chandre does have a dog of her own, a handsome cane corso named Deacon. In addition to grooming, Chandre is also a licensed cosmetologist and has a special love for boating.
