Mariah started with Pet Paradise in October of 2018 as a resort associate. She quickly was promoted into the Supervisor-in-Training program shortly after being hired, and dove right into her role as one of the Front Desk Supervisors. After growing in her role as a Supervisor for almost two years, she entered into the Manager-in-Training program, and she became the Assistant Manager of the Sanford location in January of 2021. Mariah is the proud owner of two rescue pups- Sunny, the Pitbull, and Ivy, the Terrier Mix, that both love Pet Paradise, and all of the friends they've made here thus far! Mariah is excited to continue to grow and flourish in her management role in Sanford, and within the Pet Paradise Company!

Ashley joined the Pet Paradise Sanford team back in 2019 starting as a Resort Associate. Shortly after working here, realized she wanted to grow her career with the company. In 2020, she joined the management team as a resort supervisor and in 2022 was promoted to Assistant Manager. Ashley has a rescue pup named Rocket, who loves coming to Pet Paradise and spending time with his fur friends. She has a passion for the arts. In her spare time, she loves spending time with friends and going on adventures with Rocket. Ashley loves getting to know all of the pups that come through the Sanford location and their owners. She is committed to making everyone feel welcomed and part of the Pet Paradise family!

Shelby started with the company in January of 2019 as a resort associate after working as a kennel technician for a year. She then went into the Supervisor in Training program in 2020 and became the Back of House Supervisor, where she stayed and honed her skills in management until late 2021 where she applied to the Manager in Training Program and became one of the assistant managers for Pet Paradise Sanford. Shelby has two rescue pups, a former racing greyhound named Gracie, who loves to get her leftover racing zoomies out while playing with her friends and a lab/hound/JRT mix named Magni, who is a known foodie with a curiosity that goes for years. In her free time, Shelby is an artist at heart, loving to draw, sing, dance, and continue her education. Shelby plans to continue growing in her new role with the Pet Paradise company, continue the relationships with her coworkers, animals, and clients, and learn as much as she possibly can!

After working in Paradise for almost 4 years, becoming a certified trainer was a no brainer for me. I’ve seen first-hand how much training enhances the life of a dog and their owner. Being able to help owners have a more harmonious and fulfilling life with their furry family member is such a rewarding career!

Konnie has been grooming for five years and has over eight years of experience working with dogs. She attended grooming school at PetSmart. She has a dog of her own named Georgina, a Shih Tzu, that she likes to take with her to work. Her favorite breeds to groom are Shih Tzu’s and Poodles. Konnie enjoys doing custom cuts such as Mohawks. She loves working at Pet Paradise and showing off her creative skills.

Tiffany has been grooming dogs for over 6 years. Her passion for animals began at the age of 13 when she first started volunteering at her local animal shelter. She hopes to one day start her own animal rescue. In her free time, she loves being outside, doing activities such as hiking, biking, and relaxing at a beach or natural spring. Tiffany has adorable pets of her own; which include two dogs, two cats, and three tarantulas!
