We will send an email to each person who is referred, providing them with a special offer for one free day or night that can be applied to their first paid day camp or boarding reservation. To redeem, your friend shows the email offer when they check-in for their paid boarding or day camp visit. The email offer will include your name – so we know to add a free day or night to your account!

After your friend completes a paid boarding or day camp visit at Pet Paradise, we’ll add a free day or night to your account for you to enjoy!

The more friends you successfully refer to Pet Paradise, the more you can earn! There are no limitations on how many days/nights you can earn through this program. 

Reminder, you only receive a free day or night once your friend completes a paid boarding or day camp visit with us.

All current Pet Paradise pet parents are welcome to refer their friends.

Your Pet Paradise account will be credited once your friend completes a paid boarding or day camp visit to Pet Paradise.

When checking in, just ask our receptionist to look for referral rewards in your account. If there are, you can apply the rewards at any time!

Anyone who does not have an existing Pet Paradise account is eligible.

No, there are no restrictions on the date on which you can redeem your free night or day. However, you can only apply one offer to each visit. So, if you have a different offer (such as a special rate or discount), save it for a different visit.

We will assign your free day or night to your main Pet Paradise account, which is in your name (as the pet parent). You can apply the reward to the visit of any one of your pets you wish!
