Dr. Erica Irish graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Coupled with her experience as a veterinary technician, she has worked in the veterinary field for the past 17 years. Dr. Irish is particularly interested in cardiology, dentistry, dermatology, and integrative medicine. She is also an editor, proofreader, freelance writer, and is a member of the Alumni Executive Board for the UF College of Veterinary Medicine. When she’s not working or writing, Dr. Irish loves spending time with her husband, their son, and their five cats and two dogs. She especially enjoys baking and reading in her spare time.

Dr. Leslie Montanez Pagan, originally from Caguas, Puerto Rico, has been dedicated to the field of veterinary medicine since earning her degree from Louisiana State University in 2015. With a strong commitment to preventative care, nutrition, and soft tissue surgery, Dr. Montanez Pagan strives to enhance the well-being of her patients through comprehensive and compassionate care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling with her family and cherishing moments with her beloved four-legged companions: Fiona, Kitty, and Luna Nicole.

Brett has been with Pet Paradise for what will be 7 years November 2022. He started off as a Resort Associate at Palm Beach and has been through every level of service our company provides within resort. Brett has a passion for all animals and 2 fur babes of his own, Fendi a hound mix, and Roxy a giant stripped tabby. 

Brett outside of the resort is an all-around family man. Married with a handsome toddler, and a beautiful baby girl on the way. When he isn’t working or taking his son and dog to the park, he enjoys adventuring Disney with his wife.

I am a Mother of 2 Girls, 3 Dogs, 2 Cats and a Duck.  I have always loved animals and loved caring for them. I always aspire to be the best I can be at what I do. I have worked as an Assistant Manager for many years in retail but always had a passion for working with animals. Pet Paradise has given me the opportunity to be part of this wonderful family for a year now. I feel super blessed to be working and doing what I love the most. When not working at Pet Paradise I enjoy going camping with my family. We love hiking and biking with Onyx and Mila on our days off.

I have been with Pet Paradise since Spring of 2023 and absolutely love interacting with every pup that walks through our doors. Working here has helped me realize my dream of having a career in dog training and given me the opportunity to achieve my goals. I love filling my life with incredible people and dogs and enjoy every second when I'm able to train the dogs in our facility. I find it rewarding to see how excited the parents are when they pick up and watching the dogs leave with a totally different mentality and behavior than when they arrived.

Felicia has been grooming since 2009. Her favorite breeds to groom are bichon, Australian shepherds, and cocker spaniels. She has 6 dogs, a cat, and a long hair guinea pig. In her free time, she enjoys refurbishing furniture, working on cars, and competing in sports with 3 of her dogs. She has had a love for animals since she was a little kid, and she has always loved various forms of art. She thinks grooming is an art form, and is so grateful to be able to put her love of animals and art into such a rewarding career!
