JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

1.     Sponsor. The Pet Paradise Pet Fanatic Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes 1) (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by American Pet Resort, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as “Pet Paradise^®” (the “Sponsor”), whose business address is 1551 Atlantic Boulevard, Suite 200, Jacksonville, Florida  32207. 

2.     No Purchase Necessary. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

3.     Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of their entry, except for employees and directors of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and promotion partners, and members of their immediate families (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) and persons living in their same households (whether related or not). The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. 

4.     Entry Period. The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 a.m. EDT on September 13, 2021, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 26, 2021 (the “Entry Period”).  Entries must be received during the Entry Period in order to be eligible.

5.     How to Enter. Eligible entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via either Facebook or Instagram, as follows:

• In the Comments, share your best game-obsessed and pet-obsessed photo.  Whether your pet’s named after your favorite player or coach, of if you and your pet coordinate outrageous game outfits, show us!
• In the Comments, tell us why you’re the Ultimate Pet Fanatic!

Instagram:

• Like the Jacksonville Jaguars Pet Fanatic Sweepstakes post shared on Instagram.
• Tag a friend who is as equally game-obsessed as they are pet-obsessed, and who loves the Jacksonville Jaguars as much as their pet. 
• Submit a photo of your pet wearing their best Jacksonville Jaguars game-day gear to petfanatic.paperform.co/. Whether it is a festive Jaguars bandana or a Jaguars jersey, show us the pride you and your pet have for the Jacksonville Jaguars!

Incompletes entries or those that do not follow these Official Rules may be disqualified.  Entrants may enter as often as they wish.

6.     Prize. The winner of the Sweepstakes will receive the following prize package:

The actual retail value of the prize may differ at the time the prize is awarded.  The winner may not transfer or substitute the prize.  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7.     Selection and Notification of Winner. A random drawing to select the winner from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be conducted by Sponsor on or about September 27, 2021.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.  The winner will be notified by reply to the Facebook comment or Instagram post of their entry, and must sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within three (3) days of such notice. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor will have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner will be responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize.

8.     General Terms and Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct or administration of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor has the right to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (a) reject or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules, and (b) disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with or attempts to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Sweepstakes (including using bots, macros, scripts or other technical means for entering the Sweepstakes. Attempts by any entrant to  undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.

9.     Rights Granted by Entrant.  By submitting an entry into the Sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges and agrees that:

a. the Sponsor, its agents, representatives, licensees, successors and assigns, where permitted by law, shall have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, each entrant’s submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.

b. the Sponsor shall have a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, assignable right and license, with the right of sublicense, to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, edit, modify, create derivative works or otherwise use or make available the entrant’s submission, or any portion thereof, in any media formats and through any media channels.

10.  Representations and Warranties of Entrant.  By entering in this Sweepstake, entrant represents and warrants to Sponsor that (a) all information provided by entrant in connection with these Sweepstakes is true, complete and accurate in all respects; (b) entrant and entrant’s entry in the Sweepstakes meet each and all of the eligibility requirements provided in these Official Rules; (c) entrant is the sole author of its entry; (d) entrant’s entry is original and does not infringe upon, violate or misappropriate any intellectual property rights of any third party; (e) entrant has the right to grant to Sponsor all rights granted by entrant pursuant to these Official Rules; and (f) entrant’s entry does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

11.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION.  By entering into the Sweepstakes, entrant waives and release the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion parties, their respective, owners, directors, employees, agents, representatives and contractors, and the heirs, successor and assigns of each of them (collectively, the “Sponsor Parties”), Facebook and Instagram, from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages) and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor Parties, Facebook and Instagram will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize.

By entering into the Sweepstakes, entrant also agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and, if requested, defend Sponsor parties from and against any and all Claims arising out of or in connection with  entrant violation of (a) these Official Rules or (b) any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other proprietary right, in connection with the Sweepstakes.

12.  Governing Law and Forum. Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable state or federal courts located in Jacksonville, Florida.

13.  Facebook and Instagram.  The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
