Leandra Church first joined the Pet Paradise family 2011 when the Houston Will Clayton location opened. But her love of animals and a passion for rescue has been a lifelong endeavor which she shares with her adult children. She spends her free time with her family and fur babies Fen, Toby, Marcy and currently fostering a rescue named Fiona.

Meet Gigi! She joined Pet Paradise in 2018 as a seasonal worker and worked up to Supervisor in under a year! Eventually she was recommended to the MIT program and became Assistant manager at Will Clayton in 2022! Gigi's favorite part of her day is assuring owner concerns and seeing all of her longtime fur-iends!! 

In her down time, she enjoys playing music, spending time with those closest to her and doing creative grooming on her pups Enzo and Astro! She also has two other dogs Sky and Midi, and a rabbit Mufasa!!

Jade moved to Houston in 2019 with her dog Charmander and immediately began searching for a trainer to help her with Charmander’s behavioral issues. During this search she also found her future career! She began professionally training dogs in 2020 and joined the Pet Paradise team in 2023 where she became a certified Pet Trainer through Top Tier K9. She enjoys spending her time expanding her knowledge on training and animal behavior. In her spare time, she enjoys going hiking with Charmander.

Virginia Martinez joined the Pet Paradise team in 2022. She’s been grooming dogs professionally for 22 years and has been showing dogs for even longer! She perfected her skill by working with vets, owners and professional handlers! She also enjoys teaching those skills to the new generation of groomers. In her free time she travels to dog shows and spends time with her family.
