Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. Eligibility: Gators^® Paradise Getaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to Florida residents. Entrants must be at least 18 years old as of their date of entry in the Sweepstakes to qualify to win. Winners must show proof of Florida residency and majority upon collection of prizes. Sweepstakes are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Pet Paradise^® and NewDay Veterinary Care^® employees are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant (“You” or “Entrant”) agrees to abide by Pet Paradise’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. Pet Paradise reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at Pet Paradise’s sole discretion. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant represents and warrants that Entrant is over 18 and a Florida resident. Entrant agrees to accept the decisions of Pet Paradise as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.

3. Entry Period: Sweepstakes promotion begins and ends as described where Sweepstakes are announced. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing, entries must be received within the specified entry period.

4. How to Enter: You can enter Sweepstakes by completing the Gators^® Paradise Getaway Referral Form and providing your valid e-mail address, your first and last name, the Florida Pet Paradise location you visit, the first and last name and valid email address of up to five (5) friends (“Referrals”) per entry. Each Referral must be a Florida resident and at least 18 years old.

By entering a submission, you grant permission to Pet Paradise to email you and to email your Referrals promotional materials without notifying you. You agree to be identified by name in any material and are participating on a voluntary basis and you understand that you will not be compensated in any way for materials. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumventing the rules may result in Pet Paradise invalidating your entries and removing you as an eligible Entrant.

5. Prizes: Two winners of the Sweepstakes (each “Winner”, collectively “Winners”) will receive four tickets to attend either the Florida Gators^® vs. Central Florida game on Saturday, October 5, 2024, or the Florida Gators^® vs. Ole Miss game on Saturday, November 23, 2024. Winners will also receive 1 signed football by Florida Gators^® head coach, Billy Napier, four VIP hospitality passes, and up to 2 nights of free boarding for up to four pets at any Pet Paradise location in the state of Florida. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The prizes shall be determined solely by Pet Paradise. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Pet Paradise’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Winner shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others, nor shall the Winner request the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for Pet Paradise to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winner will be selected by a method as stated where the Sweepstakes was announced. Pet Paradise will notify the Winner(s) as stated where the Sweepstakes was announced within 10 business days following Winner selection. Pet Paradise is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall Pet Paradise be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) does not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT PET PARADISE’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

7. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, Pet Paradise reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any and all Sweepstakes should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond Pet Paradise’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of Sweepstakes. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Sweepstakes or website or violate these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by Pet Paradise in its sole discretion. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

8. Limitation of Liability: Your entry into the Gators^® Paradise Getaway Sweepstakes constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless American Pet Resort, LLC and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; 5) electronic error or human error in the Sweepstakes administration or the processing of entries.

9. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with this entry is subject to the Privacy Policy.

10. By participating in the Sweepstakes, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted and agreed to the Official Rules and Disclaimers.
