Nick and his Belgian Malinois, Echo, are delighted to lead one of the most dedicated, loving, and passionate teams in pet care. Starting as a resort associate in 2021, Nick found his core values aligned perfectly with Pet Paradise and quickly worked his way up, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to watching over your babies. Nick is ecstatic to serve the people and pets of Charlotte and looks forward to meeting every single one.

Cassie Thomson started her journey at Pet Paradise in 2016. She has been in the customer service industry for about 9 years, but it wasn't until she started working with Pet Paradise that she found her real passion for animals. Her favorite thing about the job is forming a personal bond with each of the dogs and the clients. When she's not at work, she enjoys adventuring and relaxing with her friends and her dog, Harley.

Kayleigh joined the Pet Paradise family in 2014, working as a resort associate before working her way up to Front of House Manager. Kayleigh has over 10+ years in customer service and has a passion for animals which led her to where she is today! She loves the bonds she creates with all of the guests and clients. In her free time, she spends her days exploring new places with her pup Nova and spending time with her family & friends.

Holley joined the Pet Paradise family in 2014. Took on a leadership role  as back of house Supervisor in 2015. Where her hard work and dedication to the staff and pups has made her a valued member to our Charlotte team. In 2022, is now an Assistant Manager. Holley is proud to be part of a management team that truly cares about every detail. From customer service to pet care and our wonderful staff. When not working: she enjoys family time, old movies, thrifting and all things vintage, with lots of cuddles from her crew in-between.

Hey there, I’m Kermit! I started my journey in Greensboro, making my way to California, through Georgia, and back to the Carolinas. One thing has always stayed the same—my passion for pet care, rescue, and building a strong community of pet lovers. Meet Sarah Johnson! One of our talented groomers here at Pet Paradise Charlotte Airport! With six years of grooming experience, Sarah started her journey with animals at Riverbanks Zoo in South Carolina, caring for ponies in the farm area. Since then, every job she's had has been focused on animals, and her expertise truly shines! She loves grooming schnauzers and poodles, though she has a soft spot for Bostons and Frenchies, too.

When she's not making pups look their best, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, including their two cats, and taking her kids to the park. Catch her in the salon Monday through Thursday!
