It’s time for your dog to join our Pet Paradise pack! Have you taken advantage of a FREE Meet the Fam day yet? It’s simple, stress-free, and best of all – fun!
We’re pet people, and we know it’s not always easy to leave your best friend in a new place. That's why we created Meet the Fam – to help your dog get acquainted and feel right at home. When you visit Pet Paradise for a Meet the Fam day, you’ll get to meet our team, tour the resort, and your dog will get a free day of play at our dog day camp. It’s the best day ever. In fact, it’s Paradise!
Here’s how it works:
- Arrival: Come in and meet our experienced, pet-loving team members who are excited to spend the day getting to know your dog.
- Take a Tour: Take a behind-the-scenes tour of your local Pet Paradise resort.
- Get Comfortable: Your pup will start their day in a suite to get comfortable. We’ll pop in to say hi and see how they’re doing.
- 1-on-1 Play: A pack leader will take your pup out for 1-on-1 play time to observe their behavior and body language.
- Meet and Greet: Next, we will introduce your pup to 1-2 other dogs that we know well. If all goes well, a playgroup will be assigned. If your dog does not seem comfortable, or is feeling a little shy, we will let them rest and try again later in the day.
- Group Play Time: If your dog is ready to play, we will rotate them in with their new group of friends for the rest of the day. They’ll have a blast and make lots of friends in dog day camp!
- Going Home: When you pick up your pup, we’ll let you know how their day went. You’ll get a take-home kit with your pet’s custom report card and other helpful information.
